Each month, we feature a charity that helps others through knitting and crochet. This month's charity is Knit-a-Square.com, which asks knitters and crocheters around the world to help provide warmth to South African orphans.
Knit-a-Square is a nonprofit organization that began in October 2008 and provides blankets for children orphaned by the HIV/AIDS epidemic and extreme poverty in South Africa.The organization works in association with Hotel Hope, a charity that provides food, shelter and love to children infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

La tela que utilizo, se llama LUGANA, es como del estilo del lino, aunque para mi es más sencillo que este... y me gusta más que la tela aida. Aunque es más cara y cuesta más de encontrar, al menos por donde yo vivo.

Gracias por el informe, trataré de buscarla, aunque creo que será difícil encontrarla, pues si batallo para encontrar la aida DMC, es díficil por acá pues no manejan muchas telas para bordar y la que hay, realmente no me gusta está muy delgada y muy chicos los cuadros o muy grandes, seguiré buscando hasta dar con ella.
